Kris Jenner
Kris’ reaction to the news has possibly been the most documented – the couple were married for 23 years, after all.
The latest reports today suggest that the matriarch was “publicly humiliated” by the whole thing.
RadarOnline claim that “she had known about his habit of wearing her clothes around the house — there were no tears for the incredible struggle and journey Bruce endured.”
There’s also the issue of whether she was contacted for comment or not.
She says she wasn’t – while ABC insist they did ask her – repeatedly.
When the show aired, Bruce’s other two ex-wives gave supportive statements, while it was said that Kris did not make a comment.
Kris then took to Twitter to blast the claims that she didn’t comment, saying to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton: “F*** you Perez no one asked me to comment …. and I’m sitting with Bruce now watching this show so let’s keep it real…LOL….”
Kim Kardashian
Kim was very quick to say the whole family supports Bruce’s decision to become a woman.
Speaking on The Today Show, she said: “I think there is still an adjustment and there’s family therapy and we’re really close.
“I see reports that say, you know, this one doesn’t support him, and this one’s over here and my mom feels this way, and it’s all really so made up. We all really support him. [But] is it a hard adjustment? Yes.”
She also star tweeted her support to her stepfather following the interview.
She wrote: “Love is the courage to live the truest, best version of yourself. Bruce is love. I love you Bruce. #ProudDaughter
“Your honesty has opened the doors for others to be courageous and live an authentic life! #respect #hero #family (sic)”
During the interview Bruce revealed it was Kanye who helped Kim understand the gender transition.
He said: “They were talking about it and [Kanye] says to Kim, ‘Look, I can be married to the most beautiful woman in the world, and I am. I can have the most beautiful little daughter in the world, and I have that. But I’m nothing if I can’t be me. If I can’t be true to myself, they don’t mean anything.’
“Since then, Kimberly has been by far the most accepting, and the easiest to talk to about it.”
Kourtney
Kourtney, who is known for being the most reserved family member, supported her step father by writing: “Couldn’t be a more proud daughter. With courage and bravery, let’s change the world. I am honored to stand by Bruce’s side and support him. (sic)”
She added: “Elated by the overwhelming support for Bruce’s bravery&courage to be himself.Woke up with a smile on my face knowing this will change lives.”
Her long term partner Scott Disick has yet to comment.
Khloe
Khloe was also quick to tweet support for her step dad Bruce.
She tweeted: “Just finished watching the #BruceJennerInterview with the family. Bruzer, I’m soooo proud of you! Dads really are heros(sic)”
She also posted a picture of him in when he was competing in the Olympics – with the words Brave written across it.
During the interview Bruce revealed that Khloe struggled with his decision this most.
“You would think out of all the kids, Khloe who is most fun, open minded,” he explained:
“[Khloe] had the toughest time with it, she had the most losses.
“With her dad [the late Robert Kardashian] and [estranged husband] Lamar had his issues.’
Robert
While in general Rob steers clear of the limelight he decided to tweet about his step-fahter.
He tweeted: “You have always been a role model to me and now more than ever, I look up to you. LOVE YOU!”
Kendall
Kendall simply tweeted: “I love you … so very proud of you, my hero (sic)”
Kylie
Bruce’s youngest daughter Kylie addressed the interview by retweeting a couple of messages of support from Lady Gaga.
She added: “Understandingly, this has been very hard for me. You will hear what I have to say when I’m ready to but… this isn’t about me. I’m so proud of you, Dad. You are so brave. My beautiful Hero.”
Later in the day she wrote: “All this positive feedback I’m reading! makes me so happy.”
And the following morning she still couldn’t quite believe the reaction, writing: “Woke up still in awe… I’ve never been more proud of you, Dad!!!!!!”
Brandon
Brandon shared a lovely picture of himself with Bruce when he was a child.
He captioned it simply “Proud son”.
His wife Leah shared a picture of Bruce during his athletic heyday and wrote: “Proud to call you family.”
Brody
While Brody appeared on the show alongside his dad he also shared a picture writing: “You won another gold tonight. I stand with you on this journey. I love you Dad,”
Burt and Cassandra
Bruce’s eldest son and daughter also appeared on the interview to support their dad.
After the interview though he appeared to be suggesting some people’s reaction the news was fake, he tweeted: “Having a hard time not putting a few people on blast who were not supporters before hand, but want to act like they were all along,”
