It is being reported that Death Row Records C.E.O. Marion “Suge” Knight was murdered in the jail where he was being held for murder.
Investigators say Knight’s cell mate DeAntwan Pardin, 29, stabbed Knight to death with a hidden pocket knife.
Although authorities are not sure what caused Pardin to murder Knight, it is believed Knight’s gang affiliation and rap personality might have played a role.

“Kris understands Bruce has a story to tell but she feels the girls need to let her in on what’s going on with their father so she can help the situation.
“She’s use to having the authority and knowing everything that’s going on in her family’s life but when it comes to Bruce and the phases and changes he’s going through, she’s in the dark.”
While another source told the site: “Kris is shocked, happy, devastated and relieved, all at the same time. She’s going through a wide range of emotion as we speak.
“She understands it, but hates it all at the same time. She really wants to be involved in this process with Bruce, but he won’t allow it.”

Hip-hop star Jay-Z is buying a Scandinavian music streaming company for $56 million to add to a business empire that has spanned clothing and sports bars.

Project Panther Bidco Ltd, a company controlled by the 45-year-old rapper, said on Friday it had agreed to buy Sweden-listed Aspiro for 464 million Swedish crowns ($56 million) in cash.
Shares in Aspiro, which runs music streaming service WiMP, leapt 59 percent in early trading to the bid level of 1.05 crowns per share.
Jay-Z, real name Shawn Corey Carter, is one of the world’s best-selling music artists of all time, having sold more than 100 million records. Forbes estimated last year that his net worth was $520 million.
Married to pop star Beyonce, Jay-Z has had a number of business interests, including 40/40 Club sports bars and Rocawear clothing.
His mix of music and entrepreneurial interests mirrors that of other rappers, including De Dre, who sold his Beats headphones business to Apple, and 50 Cent, who sold his vitamin water business to Coca-Cola.
Project Panther said it had followed the development of Aspiro for some time, believing it to be “an innovative high-quality company with strong future growth potential”.
Norwegian media house Schibsted, Aspiro’s main shareholder, said it had accepted the offer, while Aspiro’s board said it was united in recommending the bid, virtually ensuring its success.
Schibsted owns around 75 percent of Streaming Media AS, which in turn owns about 76 percent of Aspiro.
Bobby Brown is rushing to Atlanta to be with his daughter Bobbi Kristina after she was found unresponsive in her bathtub at her home.
The R&B singer, who lives in Los Angeles, is en route to the hospital where Bobbi is said to be in a “stabilised” condition.

Colombian pop star Shakira has given birth to her second child with Barcelona footballer Gerard Pique in Spain, their family said on Friday…Shakira, 37, gave birth to baby Sacha late Thursday in the Teknon clinic in Barcelona, a family source told AFP.
“He was born last night. Both mother and baby are well,” the source said on Friday. “It seems the baby will be called Sacha.”
Sacha, whose birth weight has not yet been announced, is a younger brother for the celebrity couple’s first child Milan, who turned two a week ago.
The clinic had been surrounded by reporters for several days in anticipation of the birth, which Spanish media reported was by Caesarean section.

A father killed himself after seeing photos of his 18-year-old daughter posing nude in Playboy magazine.
Loredana Chivu stripped off for the Romanian edition of Playboy magazine and when her father found out, he hit rock bottom and shunned her.
The curvaceous blonde said:
“He stopped speaking to me, he was pretty upset.When he found out what I had done he cut himself off from the world and tried to isolate me as well from the rest of the family.”I thought he would get over it and I never expected he would do something like kill himself.”
She had a close relationship with her father but said that changed once he saw the revealing photos.
When she went to reconcile with him a few months later, after deciding that the dispute had gone on long enough, she was horrified to find he had killed himself.
“I found him hanging from a beam in the attic,I never recovered from the shock of finding him.”
She regrets never getting the chance to speak to him about their disagreement.
“He had not left a suicide note, and everybody said that up to the end he seemed cheerful, and it was a complete mystery as to why he would do something like this,” she said.
“We had always been close and talked every day and suddenly that stopped after the photographs.”
“Even after all this time I find it hard to come up with words to talk about it, it is still too painful. I would not wish this on anyone,” she said.”One of the worst things is not knowing – he didn’t seem to have any pressing problems at the time apart from our argument and I never would have thought he was a weak man who would take his own life.”

A 29-year-old female police officer has been suspended after she performed a $’ex act while on duty in Puerto Rico. Cynthia Marrero Pomales has been suspended and is likely to be sacked after explicit photos of her appeared on the Internet and soon went viral. It is believed that it was a male colleague who was allowed to take snaps of Pomales pleasuring herself at a police station.
Senior officers quickly identified the officer and immediately launched an investigation to discover whether the X-rated pictures were genuine. In one of the pictures the young woman has the flag of the United States draped over part of her body.
Pomales may lose her job if she is found to have offended the honour of the force , According to senior officials, they feel that Pomales has offended the honour of the police force and damaged its reputation. She has been interviewed by investigators but is yet to make a statement, no more details have been provided to local media.
Kyle Norman, a member of early 2000s boy group Jagged Edge was arrested in Atlanta today Jan. 29th after he brutally assaulted his fiance and made her swallow her engagement ring.
According to Atlanta police, they were called to the home of Kylie Norman around 5am and when they got to the area, they saw a woman with “welts under her eyes, a golf ball-sized knot on her forehead, a cut to her nose and a blood clot in her right eye”.
The woman was later identified as Norman’s fiancé… She told police they’d been arguing about the details of their upcoming wedding when Norman attacked her, punched her, choked her with a scarf and then shoved her engagement ring down her throat.
Police say after the attack, Norman broke her phone and seized her car keys, refusing to let her leave the house. She said because she was scared for her life, she began to agree with everything he said in other to calm him down. When he was calm and walked away from her, she took his phone and ran out of the house to a neighbour’s house where she called the police.
“She stated that she began to agree with things that he was saying in an attempt to calm him down,” the officer who was at the scene wrote. “While doing that he turned around and walked away inside their loft and she ran and grabbed his cell phone and was able to run outside and awake a neighbour who let her inside.”
Norman was immediately arrested and he later told police he was upset about his dad having cancer and that’s the reason he got so mad at his fiancé.
He’s currently being held at the Fulton County Jail on a charge of aggravated assault.

Wayne claims because Cash Money is refusing to pay, he’s entitled to walk. But Lil Wayne wants more than just a declaration of freedom. He’s suing for $51 MILLION.
And Wayne wants the judge to declare he’s the joint copyright owner of all Young Money recordings … which includes Drake, Nicki Minaj and several others.
Sources connected to Wayne tell TMZ … if Birdman antes up then he can release “Tha Carter V,” but only if Wayne gets paid. Wayne says he was supposed to get an $8 million advance when he began recording in December, 2013 and another 2M when he completed the album a year later, but so far he’s gotten nothing.

Lil Wayne will stay with Cash Money and Birdman IF they ante up the money he’s owed … in fact, we’re told if Cash Money antes up, Wayne has no choice but to stay.
Sources involved in the case tell TMZ … Wayne feels Birdman’s decision to avoid paying him is nothing more than a power play. TMZ broke the story that Wayne is suing, and a central claim is that Birdman has consistently stiffed him over the last year.
There are 2 payments that have irked Wayne — he says he was owed $8 million when he went into the studio to record “Tha Carter V” in December 2013, and another $2 mil when he completed the album last month.
We’re told the hope is that Universal — which distributes Cash Money records — will step in and earmark the $10 mil for Wayne. And we’re told Universal is already putting pressure on Cash Money to settle.
If Cash Money pays Wayne the $10 mil, it would essentially eliminate any breach of contract. That means Wayne would have no legal basis to ask out of the contract. Even though Wayne’s suing for $51 million, most of that is predicated on future lost profits which would not be an issue if they settle.
As for the release of “Tha Carter V” … even if the case settles the power would be in Birdman’s claws.

After a 24 year marriage to a woman and two children, Joel Grey has publicly spoken of his sexuality for the first time…The Broadway legend – and father of Dirty Dancing actress Jennifer Grey – has revealed while he does not like labels he is finally able to say publicly he is homosexual.
Talking to People Magazine, the 82-year-old actor spoke of his struggle to accept himself and feel the world was safe enough to accept him.
