An interview for Rolling Stone has gotten Kid Rock into some hot water with the Beyhive today. While going into more detail on his decidedly anti-mainstream approach to the music industry and stance on popular music in general, one particular offhand comment he made about Beyonce stood out to the Bey stans worldwide.

He’s “flabbergasted” by Beyoncé worship. “Beyoncé, to me, doesn’t have a f–king ‘Purple Rain,’ but she’s the biggest thing on Earth. How can you be that big without at least one ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ or ‘Old Time Rock & Roll’? People are like, ‘Beyoncé’s hot. Got a nice f–king ass.’ I’m like, ‘Cool, I like skinny white chicks with big t*ts.’ Doesn’t really f–king do much for me.”
Welp, Kid Rock obviously forgot that we’re all entitled to our opinions — EXCEPT when it comes to Queen Bey! He was reminded mercilessly for pretty much for the remainder of the day.
