Ed Sheeran has proved he has the biggest heart in pop music by donating his Grammy wardrobe to charity.
The global singing sensation made yet another generous donation to the St Elizabeth Hospice charity shop in Framlingham by handing over eight items of clothing from his dressing room at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.
The clothes were brought back from the USA by his mother Imogen after he performed at the bash where he was nominated for three gongs.
This isn’t the first time the hospice has been lucky enough to benefit from Ed’s generosity.
In February 2014, the flame-haired star donated eight bags of clothes to the shop, raising more than £4,000 to help provide local hospice care for local people.
Shop Manager Rachail Pollard told us: “We’re so lucky to have Ed’s support, and we’re sure that these latest donations will be quickly snapped up by eager fans.
“If you’d like the chance to get hold of a unique piece of Ed Sheeran memorabilia, I suggest you pay us a visit as soon as you can.”
St Elizabeth Hospice improves life for people living with a progressive illness in East Suffolk and South Norfolk.
It costs millions of pounds a year to run and relies on fundraising events, donations and the income generated from its shops to meet the majority of these costs.
Meanwhile, Ed’s on a roll… or rather a naan. Fresh from scooping two Brit awards the singer is ready to conquer Bollywood – by agreeing to a role in a movie.
